Pink Palm Tree 1 is a fully furnished, recently renovated maisonette located next to the sandy beach of Trani Ammouda, offering comfortable accommodation for groups and families.
Located directly above Pink Palm Tree 2 and next to Green Palm Tree and Blue Palm Tree houses, Pink Palm Tree 1 is ideal for families and friends who want to spend their holidays together!
Pink Palm Tree 1 offers plenty of space for 4 people. On the ground floor guests can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and living room with air conditioning and TV, as well as a WC with washing machine.
This floor also has a balcony, so you can enjoy your meals outside!
Heading to the upper floor, guests will find the 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV and has direct access to the balcony. A full bathroom with a shower cabin is also located on this floor.

About Trani Ammouda
Trani Ammouda is one of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia! It has turquoise waters, is sandy and quite shallow at the beginning, ideal for small children. It is 600m from the house.
Ormos Panagias is a small village 500m away where you can find a mini market, bakery and taverns. Also, in 10 minutes by car you can reach Nikiti and Agios Nikolaos, where you will find large supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, as well as a Health Centre.
Please follow the rules below for a nice stay and living with neighbours:
do not smoke inside the apartment. There is plenty of space in the yard and on the balcony.
