Rooted in the timeless character of Afytos, TERTH is a collection of ten newly built suites embodying the harmony between architecture, nature, and authentic Halkidiki craftsmanship. Built with local stone and ceramic breeze blocks that filter sunlight and invite the sea breeze through every space, the property reflects a refined dialogue between tradition and contemporary design.

The name TERTH was born from two essences: terracotta, the warm earthy tone that runs through every corner, and earth, an ode to the land of Afytos and the natural elements that shaped every design choice.

Created by Feels Like Home Co, TERTH | Afytos Experience marks a new chapter — a refined hospitality concept reflecting a vision of contemporary living, authentic local experiences, and thoughtful design rooted in place.

10 suites, exclusively for adults. Four with a private pool, six with direct access to two shared pools used by just 3 rooms each. Few people, plenty of space.

Terracotta accents, earthy textures, and calming neutral tones create an atmosphere of understated elegance and warmth. Private parking, an à la carte breakfast by a local brunch café, and a deep connection to the landscape of Afytos complete the experience.
