Please note that this is a three-level building and there will be other guests staying upstairs – each house is completely separate, there is nothing in common between the houses.

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catering. We provide clean linens and bath towels, which we renew weekly upon request. There are some welcome products, but we do not provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring your own toiletries and products.
According to Greek law, we are required to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is required.
About the neighbourhood
Ormos Panagias, the nearest village, is ideally located on the eastern side of Sithonia. It is a small village, with fish taverns, bars, a bakery and a mini market. Some of the best beaches of Halkidiki are nearby (Vourvourou, Kalamitsi, etc.), while the town of Nikiti, a town with heavy tourist traffic, is less than 10 km away and is worth visiting for a wider range of restaurants and large supermarkets.

Respect the no smoking policy.
take out your rubbish at the main gate of the complex where the large rubbish bins are located. Recyclable materials can be separated, collected in large bags and thrown in the large blue bins located everywhere on the main highway of Halkidiki or in town.
be quiet during the midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not leave air conditioners running while balcony doors are open or water running unnecessarily.
