A lovely Nikiti summer house, Blue Haven has 3 bedrooms, is right across the beach and a five-minute walk to the center of the town, ideal for families.
This beachfront Nikiti summer house is located right next to the marina of Nikiti town, in Sithonia, Halkidiki. The beach is literally across the street, and within a short walking distance you reach restaurants, cafeterias, bars, supermarkets, bakery, patisserie, butcher shop and the center of Nikiti beach town.
Blue Haven summer house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and it provides a safe and quiet holiday environment to guests. The indoor of this house consists of three levels connected by an internal staircase. The main door gives access to the kitchen on the ground floor and right next to it there is a small bathroom with shower cabin. The fully functional kitchen is conveniently attached next to the sitting room, with a dining table & chairs, sofa that turns to a bed, TV, fireplace and balcony doors that lead you to the sea view patio.
Master bedroom is situated on the second level, furnished with a queen size bed. Bedroom II has two single beds, a closet and a balcony from the back side viewing the rest of the complex. An extra single bed rolls underneath one of the beds in bedroom II, so 3 guests can sleep here. Between the two bedrooms is the main bathroom, with shower cabin and a washing machine.
There is also a cutely designed comfy room, placed in the attic with a futon for an extra guest. The attic is reached through a staircase in bedroom II, so there is no privacy between these 2 bedrooms.
Outdoor, there is a small garden area and a shaded patio equipped with table and chairs, where guests can enjoy their coffee and breakfast. At the backside of our Blue Haven summer house, right next to the kitchen, there is a BBQ corner and a bench.

Useful Information
Within walking distance you can reach organized beach bars, but you can place your own equipment in front of the house – however, this part of the beach also has some pebbles.
Our Nikiti Summer House is an excellent choice for families with children, who will enjoy the close distance to the beach and all shops and taverns of the town.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About Nikiti
Nikiti (Greek: Νικήτη) is a village located 100 kilometers south-east from Thessaloniki, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It has preserved the old part of town over the main road, and the new part of the town is located on the seashore, where the newly built marina is located.
It is also one of the most touristy towns in Sithonia, with a plethora of taverns and restaurants and large supermarkets on the main road. It’s seaside, however, is perfect for evening walks along the water.
We kindly ask you to
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open
