Adjacent to the living room is a state-of-the-art kitchen.The sleek oven and compact fridge are always ready for action, while the quiet dishwasher handles cleanup without a fuss. Craving a coffee? The Nespresso machine is at your service, brewing up your favourite pick-me-up in seconds. And when hunger strikes, pull up a chair at the cosy dining table for a relaxed meal with loved ones. It’s the perfect spot to cook, chat, and unwind in style.On this floor there is also a WC.
Head upstairs to find three comfy bedrooms await, each with a soft double bed and its own A/C unit to keep things cool on balmy nights. Need to freshen up? There’s a full bathroom nestled between the bedrooms, ready to pamper you with modern amenities and plenty of space to relax and recharge.

Please note the villa is further from the beach so we recommend all our guests to use the car. There are 4 private parking slots.

About the Neighborhood
Afitos is considered a great holiday destination, located in the middle of Kassandra peninsula with easy access to many villages and beaches. In essence, at a close distance of less than 7 km, is the well-known town of Kallithea, the nightlife epicenter of Halkidiki with tons of bars & clubs.
Afitos though is the most picturesque traditional village in Halkidiki and has a unique buildings’ architecture, as well as a small picturesque central square. Visitors may enjoy a couple of beaches with turquoise water, the folklore museum, and large supermarkets. There are also upper restaurants with fresh seafood, as well as a variety of shops and a wine bar.
The villa is conveniently located only 700 meters from Afitos, making it a comfortable walk. Just keep in mind to be cautious when crossing the main road of Afitos.
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy. The security deposit will be held in case cigarette smoke is detected in the house upon check out.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00. The pool is off-limits during quiet times, too.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
