Nestled discreetly in the heart of Sani, this spacious villa with five bedrooms offers luxurious living surrounded by stunning nature landscapes and amazing Seaview. With lush gardens and views of the tranquil Aegean Sea, it provides a perfect balance of privacy, elegance, and beautiful scenery.
Upon entering the house, you will find the spacious living room with a dining area, smart TV, and air conditioning. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, regular oven, refrigerator, and espresso machine, making it ideal for preparing your meals.
On the same floor, you will discover two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and features a ceiling fan for added comfort. Meanwhile, the second bedroom boasts a double bed and also includes a ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
As you ascend to the upper floor through a charming wooden staircase typical of traditional architecture, you’ll find three additional bedrooms awaiting you. Each of these bedrooms is elegantly appointed with a comfortable double bed and equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a pleasant temperature year-round. Moreover, on this floor, there is an additional bathroom boasting a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures.
The vista from the house is truly breathtaking, offering sweeping panoramic views of the picturesque village of Sani. The outdoor area of the house is designed to provide an idyllic setting for hosting BBQ gatherings, lounging with friends and family, and soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun. It’s the perfect spot to create unforgettable memories while surrounded by the invigorating scent of the sea.

The beach is just 250m away on foot.
The entire house, as well as the outdoor space, is for your exclusive use only.
There is ample space available for parking your cars.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Sani Resort is a well-known resort in Greece, attracting thousands of guests every year. In Sani Resort, a few minutes on foot from the villa, you will find dozens of restaurants and bars, retail shops with designer clothes, a mini market, beach bar and marina.
Various sandy beaches are only a few kilometers away, meaning you can drive to a different one every day!
Please keep in mind that we do not provide an entry card for Sani Club.
We always recommend our guests in Halkidiki to rent a car in order to be more flexible and check lots of different places. This is the main advantage compared to other tourist destinations in Greece, the fact that in close distance you may visit other villages, beaches, sites, etc.
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
