On the ground floor guests can enjoy the kitchen and dining area, next to the elegantly decorated living room. There is a ground floor bedroom with a single bed that opens up underneath and can sleep 2 people in total, with a private bathroom too.
On the upper level of the house, there are 3 other bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and another bedroom with a single bed. On this floor there are 2 more bathrooms.

Pefkohori is a busy tourist seaside village on the eastern side of the peninsula of Kassandra, where you will find a long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Villa Oleander is located 1.5km from Chanioti and 2.5km from Pefkohori. The beach is 100m away and is easily accessible on foot from the complex’s path.
Nearby, just 300m away, guests can also enjoy the Beach Bar of Konstantinidis Estate, the Lounge by the Sea, with an organized beach area for coffee and snacks.

Take out your garbage daily. Recyclables can be separated, collected in large bags and thrown into the large blue bins located on the major roads of Halkidiki.
respect the quiet hours (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
save water and electricity. Do not leave the water running or the air conditioner running while the balcony doors are open.
