This 60 sqm one-bedroom apartment is situated on the lower level of a three-storey building. Upon entering, a few steps lead down to an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machine.

The living room features a dining area and a double sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two guests. From here, you have direct access to a private terrace with panoramic views of the city and the port. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays.

The spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, accommodating up to two guests. An A/C unit and a flat-screen TV are also provided in the bedroom for your comfort.

Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located beneath the apartment.
