Black Lotus is a newly built summer villa located in the picturesque village of Afitos, designed in a refined minimal style with elegant furnishings and carefully selected decoration.
The first floor includes three bedrooms with double beds, all equipped with air-conditioning and each with access to a private balcony. A main bathroom with a shower is located on this level. A washing machine is available in the wardrobe outside the bathroom.
The ground floor consists of a bright open-plan living room and dining area with a dining table seating four guests. An air-conditioning unit and a smart TV are also available in this space. Large openings provide ample natural light and direct access to the outdoor areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, a large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, as well as cookware and crockery. A small table with chairs is also provided.
The outdoor area on the ground floor includes a furnished veranda. The backyard offers an outdoor dining area with a portable barbecue. The swimming pool area is arranged with three umbrellas and six sunbeds, providing a private and comfortable environment.
There is also pakring space for four vehicles.

While we don’t provide traditional hotel-style services such as 24/7 room service, we’re always just a message or call away for anything you might need, whether it’s local tips, transfer arrangements, or any other assistance during your stay.
We will meet you in person at check-in to welcome you and hand over the keys.
In accordance with Greek law, we are required to register your stay. Therefore, we will need the passport or ID number of the person who made the reservation.
About the Neighborhood
Afitos is a wonderful holiday destination, ideally located in the heart of the Kassandra peninsula, offering easy access to many nearby villages and beaches. Less than 7 km away is the popular town of Kallithea, known for its lively atmosphere, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife.
Afitos is considered one of the most picturesque traditional villages in Halkidiki, renowned for its unique architectural style and charming central square. Visitors can enjoy beautiful beaches with turquoise waters, the folklore museum, restaurants serving fresh fish, and laid-back cafes and bars overlooking Toroneos Gulf, as well as easy access to supermarkets, greengrocers, and pharmacies.
The villa is conveniently located just 700 metres from Afitos, making it an easy and pleasant walk. Please note that care should be taken when crossing the main road leading into the village.
House Rules & Sustainability
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- No Smoking: Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the villa.
- Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- Quiet Hours:
- April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00
- October 1 – March 31: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30
- Save Resources: Please help us reduce water and electricity waste. Avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and make sure air conditioning units are turned off when balcony doors are open
