Belle Reve is a colorful and bright apartment, located just a few minutes from the city center. It’s very close to Aristotelous Square and the historic Church of Aghios Dimitrios.
This spacious 80 sqm apartment is situated on the 6th floor and features two comfortable bedrooms.
The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an open closet, and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, along with air conditioning and an open closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a dining table with four chairs and an A/C unit in this area for added comfort.
The living room is tastefully decorated in light colors and features a sofa that can be used as a single bed for one additional guest, as well as a cozy armchair. A smart TV is also available for your entertainment.
The bathroom is spacious and includes a bathtub. Just outside the bathroom, you’ll find a small utility area with a washing machine.
The apartment has three balconies. The front balcony is the most spacious and offers outdoor seating, along with beautiful views of the city and the historic city walls.

For your convenience, we offer flexible check-in options. We can meet you in person at check-in to welcome you and hand over the keys, or if you prefer, you can collect the keys yourself from a secure lockbox outside the building.
In accordance with Greek law, we are required to register your stay. Therefore, we will need the passport or ID number of the person who made the reservation.
About the Neighborhood
The apartment is located on Olympou Street, one of the most authentic and historic streets in the city, connecting the past and the present. Within walking distance, you will find Byzantine monuments, squares, traditional taverns, and youthful cafés. The area offers the perfect balance: lively and full of energy, but at the same time ideal for peaceful walks and authentic experiences. Whether you are exploring the narrow streets of the Upper Town or heading to the seaside, the apartment is the ideal starting point to get to know Thessaloniki like a local.
Public transportation is easily accessible. Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find three bus stops and the “Venizelou” metro station, offering connections in all directions — including routes to and from the airport, train station, and central bus station, all within walking distance.
If you’re arriving by car, please let us know in advance. Street parking in the city center is quite limited, but we are happy to recommend nearby private parking options.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- No Smoking: Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the apartment.
- Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located beneath the apartment.
- Quiet Hours:
- April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00
- October 1 – March 31: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30
- Save Resources: Please help us reduce water and electricity waste. Avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and make sure air conditioning units are turned off when balcony doors are open
