Very spacious (125sqm) and luminous apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki, with 3 separate bedrooms for at least 6 guests. 5 minutes on foot from the White Tower and all cafes and restaurants. Authentic furniture with a dash of modernism!
Respecting the building’s history and the flat’s existing authentic furniture, as well as adding modern and practical brand new furniture, we were able to create a space that will steal your heart right away!
Vintage books and golden baroque frames blend in effortlessly with the modern furniture, flat screen TV and brand new electrical appliances.
All 3 bedrooms have brand new beds and A/C units, while the decoration is a mix of old furniture with modern details.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven and coffee machines (filter coffee and espresso), while at the small balcony there is also a washing machine.
The main bathroom has a bathtub, and there’s also an extra WC next to it.
The building is one of Thessaloniki’s 199 listed buildings of Architectural or Historical Interest, with particularly interesting structural and morphological features and Art Deco influences. Under Greek Law, we cannot intervene with the building’s facade, so please note the apartment holds its original windows and doors, which may allow street noises inside.

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat’s amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.
We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel.

Found at the corner of Ethnikis Aminis and Svolou streets, this apartment shows one of its many advantages right from the start: location, location, location. Just 5 minutes on foot from the seaside, the White Tower, TIF Helexpo, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Historical Center of the city, the apartment does not even require the use of public transport to move around.
Parking in the city center is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend closest parking spaces.
Within a few meters distance, there are 3 different bus stops where you can catch a bus to every direction. Either coming from the central bus station, train station or airport, there are buses that leave you within walking distance to the apartment.

take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.

save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
