Lavender villa, is part of a well-maintained complex of villas with a shared pool, just a few meters from the beach, Konstantinidis Estate. It is the perfect retreat for guests who wish to enjoy family moments of relaxation, within walking distance from the beach, yet 5 minutes by car from the cosmopolitan life of Pefkohori and Chaniotis.
It is located in the same complex with Villa Oleander serving as the perfect base for spending holidays with friends!
“Lavender” is a fully equipped villa in Halkidiki that can comfortably accommodate 7 people in 4 bedrooms.
From its wonderful interiors furnished with a variety of contemporary and classic pieces, its numerous smaller and airy sitting areas around the yard and the pool, Villa Lavender exceeds all expectations for a fabulous summer experience!
On the ground floor guests can enjoy cooking and dining at the large fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and dining space, next to the elegantly decorated living room with an A/C unit. There is a bedroom here, attached to the kitchen (without door) with a double bed, which can accommodate 2 guests. There is one full bathroom with shower on the ground floor too.
On the upper level of the house, 2 more bedrooms are located. One bedroom consists of a double bed and a balcony with sea view, while the other bedroom consists of a semi-double bed, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult, and a writing desk. An A/C unit between the bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower can also be found on this floor.
On the lowest level, underground, there is one more bedroom which can accommodate 2 guests, with 2 single beds and a dining table with chairs. A full bathroom with shower can also be found on this floor.
Lavender villa is ideal for families with young children who will definitely enjoy the pool throughout the day!

Useful Information
Guests can enjoy a portable BBQ and the comfort of all essential electrical appliances, like a dishwasher, a washing machine and a Nespresso machine.
Keep in mind that the shared pool of the complex is open from mid June to the end of August.
Pets are not allowed.
Our Luxury Pool Villa in Halkidiki, “Lavender”, is equipped with nearly everything a guest could ask for. The shared pool, the garden and several patios will be the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach soaking up some sun.
During your Stay
We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighbourhood
Pefkochori is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Lavender villa is located 1.5klm from the village of Hanioti and 2.5klm from Pefkochori. The beach is 300m away, very easily reached on foot through the path of the complex.
In close proximity, 300m away, guests can also enjoy the Beach Bar of Konstantinidis Estate, Lounge by the Sea, an organized beach for coffee and snacks.
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
