Authentic Retro is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. Covering 125 sqm, it is located on the first floor.

Upon entering the apartment, a long hallway leads to a generously sized dining and living room area. The space is a charming blend of vintage furniture and lighting, combined with modern, minimal furnishings and wooden floors, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The first bedroom features two single beds, an A/C unit, and a wardrobe.

The second bedroom, decorated in natural warm tones, includes a double bed and an A/C unit.
The third and largest bedroom offers another double bed, a large wardrobe, and an A/C unit.

The apartment includes one full bathroom with a bathtub and a WC for your convenience.

The kitchen has a vintage design and is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A small dining table is available here for quick meals. The kitchen also has direct access to a utility balcony, where you’ll find the washing machine.

At the front of the building, there’s a long balcony with seating — perfect for enjoying the city atmosphere.

The apartment enjoys a prime location, close to Helexpo, the White Tower, Tsimiski Street, and all the amenities guests may need during their stay.

The building is one of Thessaloniki’s 199 officially listed landmarks of Architectural or Historical Interest, known for its distinctive structural and design features, with strong Art Deco influences. In accordance with Greek law, we are not permitted to alter the building’s facade. As a result, the apartment retains its original windows and doors, which may allow some street noise to be heard inside.

About the Neighbourhood 

Located at the corner of Ethnikis Aminis and Svolou streets, the apartment enjoys one of the best locations in the city. Just a 5-minute walk from the waterfront, the White Tower, TIF Helexpo, Aristotle University, and the Historical Center, it’s perfectly situated for exploring on foot.

If you’re arriving by car, please let us know in advance. Street parking in the city center is quite limited, but we are happy to recommend nearby private parking options.

Public transportation is easily accessible. Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find three bus stops and the “Sintrivani” metro station, offering connections in all directions — including routes to and from the airport, train station, and central bus station, all within walking distance.

 

House Rules & Sustainability

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

  • No Smoking: Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the apartment.

  • Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located beneath the apartment.

  • Quiet Hours:

    • April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00

    • October 1 – March 31: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30

  • Save Resources: Please help us reduce water and electricity waste. Avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and make sure air conditioning units are turned off when balcony doors are open.
