The Wooden Chapter is a spacious 70 sqm apartment located on the east side of Thessaloniki city center, just a short walk from Antigonidon Square, the “Dimokratias” metro station, and the Roman Forum.
Situated on the first floor of a neoclassical building, the apartment is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator in the building. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms.
The first bedroom features a double bed and an open wardrobe. There is also a workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for guests who work remotely. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into one large double bed using a top mattress. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and air conditioning. From here, guests have direct access to a small balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with city views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. There is also a dining table with four chairs.
The modern bathroom features a shower.

The apartment is located at Antigonidon square, which is 750m away from Aristotle square and less than 1km from busy Tsimiski street. It is also 550m away from "Dimokratias" metro station.

This is the city at its best, and you’re perfectly positioned to experience it.
Public transportation is easily accessible. Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find bus stops, while the “Dimokratias” metro station is only a 9-minute walk away, offering connections in all directions — including routes to and from the airport, the central train station, and the bus station.
If you’re arriving by car, please let us know in advance. Street parking in the city center is quite limited, but we’ll be happy to recommend nearby private parking options.
House Rules & Sustainability
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- No Smoking: Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the apartment.
- Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located beneath the apartment.
- Quiet Hours:
- April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00
- October 1 – March 31: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30
- Save Resources: Please help us reduce water and electricity waste. Avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and make sure air conditioning units are turned off when balcony doors are open.
