Escada Villa is a unique 380 sqm accommodation featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families and large groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy their summer holidays. It offers a very spacious private garden with a swimming pool, lounge area, and barbecue facilities, while the closest beach is just 150 meters away. The villa is conveniently located between the villages of Polichrono and Hanioti, providing easy access to both areas.
On the ground floor, there is a bright and spacious living room with a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV, offering direct access to a spacious veranda with views of the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and cooktop, a large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware. An additional lounge area is connected to the kitchen. On the same level, there is one bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, as well as a full bathroom with a shower located next to the bedroom.
The first floor features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. One bathroom includes a bathtub, while the other is equipped with a shower cabin.
The basement level offers a practical and fun space, featuring a laundry area with a washing machine, as well as a playroom with a ping-pong table for joyful and entertaining moments for guests of all ages.
Undoubtedly, the highlight of the villa is the outdoor area, featuring a private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and palm trees. Guests can also enjoy the large built-in BBQ with a bar and sink, as well as an outdoor dining area shaded by an umbrella—perfect for shared meals and relaxing summer evenings.

Useful Information
This 5 bedroom villa is ideal for families with children, as there is plenty of space to play inside the yard and the pool. Furthermore, the beach is very close to the villa.
Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is open from 20 of May until the end of October, the water comes directly from the sea and the depth of the pool ranges from 1.5 to 3 meters.
All the bedrooms are equipped with A/C units and there are mosquito nets all around the house.
There is a washing machine in the basement which can be used by the guests.
Pets are not allowed.

It is important to mention that all of our residences are self-catered. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we do not provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is necessary.
About the Neighborhood
Escada Pool Villa is located right in the middle of two of the most touristy villages of Kassandra, Hanioti and Polichrono and at the same time in a quiet area.
Polichrono and Hanioti are lively touristy coastal villages on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
We kindly request you to:
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- avoid making noise during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not waste water or have the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
