Oleander is a luxury villa in Halkidiki, and is located near Pefkohori. It is part of a well-maintained complex of villas just a few meters from the sea, Konstantinidis Estate. It is the perfect retreat for guests who wish to enjoy family moments of relaxation, within walking distance from the beach, yet 5 minutes by car from the cosmopolitan life of Pefkochori and Hanioti.
“Oleander” is a luxury villa in Halkidiki, that can comfortably accommodate 7 people in 4 bedrooms.
From its wonderful interiors furnished with a variety of contemporary and classic pieces, and its numerous smaller and airy sitting areas around the yard, villa Oleander exceeds all expectations for a fabulous summer experience!
On the ground floor guests can enjoy cooking and dining at the large fully equipped kitchen, with nespresso machine and dining space, next to the elegantly decorated living room. There is a bedroom here with single bed that opens up and can sleep 2 people, with an ensuite bathroom as well. There is another full bathroom with shower cabin on the ground floor.
On the upper level of the house, 3 more bedrooms are located. Two double bedrooms sharing a beautiful balcony with sea view, and another single bedroom. A full bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine can also be found here.

Useful Information
The property is also equipped with a duct A/C system on the upper floor and an A/C unit in the living room. Guests can enjoy a portable BBQ at the side of the villa, and the comfort of all essential electrical appliances, like dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
Our Luxury Villa in Halkidiki, “Oleander”, is equipped with nearly everything a guest could ask for. The private garden and several patios will be the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach soaking up some sun.

With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Pefkochori is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Oleander villa is located 1.5klm from the village of Hanioti and 2.5klm from Pefkochori. The beach is 100m away, very easily reached on foot through the path of the complex.
In close proximity, 300m away, guests can also enjoy the Beach Bar of Konstantinidis Estate, Lounge by the Sea, an organized beach for coffee and snacks.

take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.

keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00

save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
