Myrtillo Villa is a charming getaway located at the Nautilus complex, just 1.5 km from the traditional village of Afitos. Sandy beaches of Afitos and Kallithea are a few minutes driving away. The villa features brand new furniture and is fully equipped to provide a most comfortable and enjoyable stay for six guests.

Upon entering the villa, you’ll be welcomed by an open-plan living area featuring a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a 40” flat-screen TV, all tastefully decorated in a minimal style. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, a large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, cookware, and crockery for easy meal preparation. From the living area, there is direct access to a private garden, where an outdoor dining table invites you to enjoy meals with stunning views of the lush green surroundings.

On the ground floor, you will also find a cozy bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning—perfect for restful nights during warm summer days. A modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is conveniently located next to the bedroom.

Upstairs, two master bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort—ideal for families or groups of friends. A large air conditioning unit in the hallway effectively cools the entire upper floor. Both bedrooms have private balconies, furnished for relaxing outdoor moments.
