All of our properties — from stylish city apartments to serene summer villas — are carefully handpicked and maintained with love and attention to detail. While we don’t provide traditional hotel-style services such as 24/7 room service, we’re always just a message or call away for anything you might need, whether it’s local tips, transfer arrangements, or any other assistance during your stay.

For your convenience, we offer flexible check-in options. We can meet you in person to welcome you and hand over the keys, or, if needed, we can provide access to the building and apartment via a keyless entry system.

In accordance with Greek law, we are required to register your stay. Therefore, we will need the passport or ID number of the person who made the reservation.

About the Neighborhood

Welcome to the K4.0 Apartments, located in Vardaris — a neighborhood full of history and local color. This is the zero point of Thessaloniki, the spot from which all distances to other cities are measured, often called the city’s “official center.” Vardaris is one of the most authentic parts of the city. Here, you’ll get a real taste of local life — from traditional bakeries and family-run shops to cozy cafés where neighbors gather every day. It’s a lively, well-connected area, ideal for travelers who want to explore Thessaloniki’s genuine side while staying close to the city center.

Public transportation is easily accessible. Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find bus stops and the “Dimokratias” metro station, offering connections in all directions — including routes to and from the airport, train station, and central bus station, all within walking distance.

If you’re traveling by car, a private parking facility is available just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, with a daily rate of €15. Parking spaces in the city center are limited, so we kindly recommend informing us in advance to ensure availability.

House Rules & Sustainability

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

• No Smoking: Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the apartment.
• Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located beneath the apartment.
• Quiet Hours:
  • April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00
  • October 1 – March 31: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30
• Save Resources: Please help us reduce water and electricity waste. Avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and make sure air conditioning units are turned off when balcony doors are open.
