Say hello to our Tranquil Cottage in Paliouri that offers complete privacy to its guests and has a garden area in a private lot.
It’s a typical traditional summer property built back in the 90’s and is surrounded by various trees, pine-tree, olive trees, plum trees etc.
This spacious 2-bedroom cottage is located 500m. outside the village of Paliouri and makes it ideal for those who want privacy but at the same time have access to the crowded nearby villages and beaches.
Our Tranquil Cottage is situated on the first floor of a two storey building, accessible only by stairs, consists of two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom.
By entering the house, you will find the living room with a sofa-bed where the 5th person can sleep here, a flat screen smart TV, a traditional fireplace and a dining table, as well! In a different room the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances(dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster and an espresso machine).
The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk , an A/C unit and bedroom II has two single beds, an A/C unit and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The best aspect of the house is undoubtedly the outside area where you can enjoy the calmness of the area and prepare your meals with your family at the electric BBQ.

Tranquil cottage is suitable for those who want to relax in their vacation, but also to have all the amenities of a city.
Please keep in mind that the apartment on the ground floor is not occupied.
You will definitely need a car in order to reach the beach or the nearest village .

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Paliouri is 120 km from Thessaloniki International Airport and may comfortably be reached in about 1,5 hours by car. Please feel free to contact us for any further information or if you would like us to arrange your transfer from Thessaloniki or even for any other concierge services.
The use of car is required in order to reach both the village of Paliouri and the nearest beaches and beach bars of Paliouri. Some of the most popular beach bars of Paliouri are located 1-2 km from the house, in case you feel like dancing!
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy since the house is situated really close to one of Halkidiki’s most beautiful forests.
- take your rubbish out of the complex and dispose of them at the nearest bins. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
