Our Seashells and Pines Villa in Vourvourou offers comfortable accommodation to groups of friends and families, with a mesmerizing sea view over the Aegean Sea, especially during sunrise.
By the entrance you have an angle view of the spacious living room, where a triple couch and armchairs offer comfortable space in front of the TV or the brick-made fireplace. Kitchen is on your right hand and is fully functional with all necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dish-washer, microwave. The corridors lead you to the modern dining table, enough for 5 people to dine there. The living room has access to a large veranda, where guests may enjoy the spectacular view over the Aegean Sea and the Mount Athos.
There are three bedrooms where a total of 5adults can sleep: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with one single. There are 2 full bathrooms with a shower.

Useful Information
The main advantage of this villa though is the outdoor area: a huge massive wooden table with shade over it to enjoy your meals and enough to sit 5 people, two comfy sunbeds for sunbathing, BBQ corner and another outdoor table, with 6 chairs, and parking space for three cars. Old tall trees offer lots of shade and large selection of cacti form a beautiful environment with respect to the natural landscape.
About Vourvourou
Karidi beach is a little precious jewel in the crown of Sithonia, an exotic beach featuring white sand and rocks, a pine tree grove and turquoise water. Two little rocky capes create an unexpected bay in the eastern part of Vourvourou verifying the uniqueness of this place. The beach has a north-eastern orientation so it is protected from the south winds, so common in Sithonia during summer. Thus the water is almost always calm and warm. Furthermore, it is not at all deep; actually you may walk for several tens of meters into the sea to enjoy deeper water.
Access to the beach is easy with a path leading you there at 400 meters away. Additionally there is a private rocky beach 40 meters away with a cemented deck for sunbathing and diving into the sea.
