Rastoni Retreat Maisonette is a beautiful 2-bedroom maisonette in a well-cared complex of houses with large grass areas and shared pool. It is located between the villages of Afytos and Nees Fokaies, 5 minutes by car. recently renovated and redecorated.

Rastoni Retreat 1 is a 2-bedroom house: on the ground floor guests can find the open plan kitchen and living room with direct access to the front patio.
The living room features a flat-screen TV and A/C unit and the kitchen is fully equipped,with nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, keeping always in mind families travelling with children.
There is also a small WC on this floor.
The upper floor features the 2 bedrooms of the house, as well as a ful bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine.
Master bedroom has a double bed, its own small balcony and A/C unit.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and A/C unit as well.

Useful Information
There are A/C units in both bedrooms and in the living room. Guests also enjoy a BBQ and the comfort of washing machine and all essential electrical appliances.
Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is not heated. Guests enjoy free parking inside the complex as well.
Within the boundaries of the complex children are more than welcome to run around and play on their own. We only recommend parents to keep an eye on younger ones, especially next to the pool.

With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Afitos is ideally located at the middle of Kassandra peninsula with easy access to many other villages, locations and lots of beaches around.
Afitos though is the most picturesque traditional village in Halkidiki and has a unique buildings’ architecture, as well as a small picturesque central square. Visitors may enjoy a couple of beaches with turquoise water, the folklore museum, and large supermarkets. There are also upper restaurants with fresh seafood, as well as a variety of shops and a wine bar.

take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.

keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.

save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open
