Just a few steps away from the sandy beach of Lagonisi, in a well maintained block of apartments, Nereus Beachfront Apartment is the ideal place for families who wish to indulge in complete relaxation.
The spacious apartment is located on the second floor of the building, offering an amazing view of the clear blue water gulf.
By entering the apartment, guests benefit from the large living room with a sofa bed, an A/C unit, a smart TV and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped (with a dining space and a Nespresso machine) for a comfortable stay. There is a full bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine.
Bedroom I is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan and a small desk while bedroom II is furnished with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
The living room and bedroom II offer direct access to the balcony with a wonderful view, the best place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Useful Information
The sandy beach is just 50 metres away on foot. Two sunbeds and an umbrella are placed there just for your own use.
The apartment is accessible only by stairs.
There is private free parking available for the guests.
Pets are not allowed.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Lagonisi beach is a little gem in Sithonia with calm waters for swimming and a great view. The islands Diaporos and Kalogria, about a kilometer offshore, protect this wonderful beach from winds and waves.
Ormos Panagias, the nearest village, is ideally situated to the east side of Sithonia. It is a small fishermen’s village, with fish taverns, a bar, bakery and mini market. Some of the best beaches of Halkidiki are located at a close distance (Vourvourou, Kalamitsi etc.), and the town of Nikiti, a highly touristic one, is less than 10 kilometers away and is worth a visit for a wider range of restaurants and large supermarkets.
We kindly ask you to:
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
