Say hello to our new K4.0 apartments! Recently renovated, they offer a blend of convenience and comfort while discovering Thessaloniki’s rich history and culture.
Located on the 4th floor, 6 fully equipped apartments K4.01- K4.06, provide hassle-free short or long accommodation.
Thoughtfully designed with bespoke finishes, modern furnishings, and all the necessary amenities, these apartments will make you enjoy that “Feels Like Home” sensation.
K4.04 can accommodate up to 2 guests for a comfortable stay and it accessible by a lift.
The studio features a queen size bed, a kitchen with a dining space, an A/C unit, a smart TV, a small desk and a full bathroom with shower cabin.
Please keep in mind that there is no balcony here and the kitchen doesn’t include an oven, just a stove top, a small fridge and a Nespresso machine.
A washing machine and a dryer are shared among 3 studios and can be found in a communal space.
K4.04 is a well lit apartment, in which the windows invite a great amount of natural sunlight through the whole space.
Nested on the zero point of Thessaloniki and close to Church of Agioi Apostoloi, the oldest one in Thessaloniki and UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will undoubtedly feel like a local in this traditional locals area.

About the Neighborhood
The Church of the Holy Apostles (Greek: Agioi Ἀpostoloi) is a Byzantine church of the 14th century and a monument included on the UNESCO World Heritage list Unesco, where it is just a few meters away and is worth visiting.
This area , where the K4.0 apartments are located, is the zero point of the city from where the kilometric distance from Thessaloniki to the other cities is measured and it is called the ”official center”.
This small neighborhood is inhabited by locals who adore the area due to the picturesqueness of the location. Do not forget to buy some traditional products from the small shops in the area where you will find everything you need during your stay and you will feel like a local, as well.

save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
