Surrounded by grass and just by the beach, this is the perfect house for big families and groups of friends, with 4BDR for up to 9 people.
Our 4BDR beachfront house in Kalandra has private garden and is located close to the villages of Kalandra and Possidi. It is part of a well maintained complex of houses and just a few meters from the beach, ideal for families with young children.
On the ground floor of this 3-level house, guests benefit from the large living room and open plan kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A double bedroom and a bathroom are also on this floor.
The middle floor features 2 more bedrooms, and a full bathroom with shower cabin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds.
Going up the stairs to the top floor of the house, you can find the master bedroom, with large double bed, and a single bed for an extra guest. There is also a third bathroom with shower cabin on this floor.
The expansive living room opens up to a spacious patio emerged in green, perfect for anyone who wishes to enjoy family holidays to the fullest.

Useful Information
Please keep in mind that there are 2 A/C units in the house. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Guests may enjoy the BBQ at the back of the house, ideal for home-made meals. The house also features all essential electrical appliances and more, like washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There are 2 parking places.
As mentioned before, this 4BDR house is ideal for families with young children, as there is a path to reach the sea on foot.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About Kalandra
A car is strongly advised during your stay, as Possidi and Kalandra, the nearest villages, are located 2-3km away. Possidi and Kalandra have several shops and mini markets for your daily provisions as well as restaurants.
The beach is private, only used by residents of this complex. There is no other way to reach it, only through the secure entrance of the complex, that opens with remote control. It is partly sandy and also has small rocks (when entering), yet it is very children-friendly and deepens gradually.
Best part about this summer beachfront house, and Possidi in general, is the cape, or “miti” as locals call it: when it’s windy on the one side of the cape, the other one is completely calm!
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open
