Step into Aegean Rose Sea View Villa, an exquisite 3 bedroom Villa perched on a serene hill in Possidi.
Spread over three floors, this charming property offers panoramic views of the azure Aegean Sea, offering a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway.
By entering the house you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a half double bed with seaview. Adjacent to it is the second bedroom with a double bed and a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. A well-appointed bathroom with bathtub completes this floor.
As you descend the stairs, you’ll discover a cozy living area with two couches and an armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The open-plan space also includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker) and a dining table, perfect for enjoying your own meals. Additionally, there’s a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine for your convenience.
Outside, the yard hosts a welcoming dining area inviting you to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones amidst the beauty of nature.
The upper floor unfolds as an enchanting attic, featuring a sofa bed and a bedroom with twin beds. The bedroom grants direct access to a balcony, offering stunning views. Completing the upper floor is a WC for the guests staying on this level.

Useful Information
There is one A/C unit located at the staircase leading to the upper floor.
In adherence to safety regulations due to its location within a forested area, the Villa does not offer BBQ facilities.
The house also affords two parking seats, ensuring that guests have a hassle-free experience during their stay.
Given the distance to the nearest beaches and villages, access to a car is advisable.
Please note, there is no fencing around the property, thus we kindly advise parents to exercise additional caution with children, particularly as the Villa is situated on a hill.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Possidi beach is a white sandy one, suitable for children. Within a short distance you can reach the coastline, where you’ll discover a variety of beach bars or open spaces for relaxation. It’s up to you!
A car is strongly advised during your stay, as Possidi, the nearest village, is located 3km away. Possidi has several shops and mini markets for your daily provisions as well as restaurants.
Best part about this summer beachfront house, and Possidi in general, is the cape, or “miti” as locals call it: when it’s windy on one side of the cape, the other one is completely calm!
We kindly ask you to:
- check in bwtween 15:00-00:00 and check out between 07:00-11:00.
- respect the non-smoking policy. There is plenty of space outdoor, balconies, patio, garden that smokers may enjoy their smoke. Following guests will appreciate this as well.
- take your rubbish out regularly. Recyclables are thrown into the large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15.00-17.30) and after 23:00
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless.
