For those who prefer privacy, the detached guest house serves as a tranquil hideaway. It features a double bed on the ground floor, a lofted space with an extra double bed, and its own ensuite bathroom. The guesthouse is also equipped with a compact kitchenette, an espresso machine, a flat-screen TV, and an artistic air conditioning unit. The villa is equipped with ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort, and a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine, ironing set, and drying loft to accommodate extended stays.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our residences are self-catered. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we do not provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is necessary.

Vourvourou is a serene village located on the eastern coast of the Sithonia Peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece. It is known for its stunning beaches with turquoise waters, soft sand, and peaceful surroundings. Karidi Beach is one of the most popular spots, offering shallow waters perfect for families. The village is surrounded by lush pine forests, creating a picturesque natural setting. Just off the coast is Diaporos Island, a small, uninhabited island with beautiful beaches accessible by boat. Vourvourou is a great destination for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere, as well as activities like hiking, kayaking, and fishing, all within a quiet, unspoiled environment.
We kindly request you to:
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- avoid making noise during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not waste water or have the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
