Our Wild Lobster Apartment was recently renovated with modern furniture and an aesthetic of simplicity with colorful details that make this house so unique and adorable! We are sure that you will love it!
Spacious(90 sqm) and luminous 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki, in one of the most popular streets, Paleon Patron Germanou, is the perfect spot to start your day and explore Thessaloniki as a local .Just a heartbeat away from the White Tower and other attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops .
The Wild Lobster Apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building (with a lift) and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
By entering the apartment, you will find the beautiful living room with 2 couches(2 guests can sleep here), an A/C unit, a flat screen smart TV and a dining table with chairs as well as the fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances(Nespresso machine,toaster,oven, fridge) and direct access to the balcony with a view to the street and the old buildings of the city.
Bedroom I has a double bed, a desk,a wardrobe,a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.Bedroom II has a double bed,a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
There is one more bathroom with a shower, as well!

Sure, it's situated right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shopping streets with various shops and dining options.

Is parking available within the building?
Unfortunately, the building doesn't offer parking facilities. However, there are private parking lots conveniently located nearby.

Does the apartment have any noise disturbances?
In spite of being centrally situated, the apartment's elevated position and installation of soundproof windows reduce external noise disturbances.
During your stay
We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat’s amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.
We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel.

About the Neighborhood
We’re always available to meet our guests in person and welcome them to the apartment. Transfers from/to the airport can be arranged in advance as well.
Parking in the city center is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend closest parking spaces.

15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3). -
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
