“Olea Pool Villa” is situated on a large piece of land rich in olive and pine trees and its private pool is undoubtedly the best spot of the villa!
The use of locally resourced materials, like stone and marble are evident as well as the inspiration of the olive trees where the villa is surrounded!Gathering around the private pool with your family or your friends and creating your best summer memories!
“Olea Pool Villa ” is a unique villa in Elani that can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms and is divided into 3 levels. This villa will exceed your expectations with both its interior and exterior decoration.
By entering the villa,guests benefit from the spacious living room with a flat screen tv and an A/C unit.There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with all the essential appliances such as Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, stove top and a microwave.
Climbing some stairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and an A/C unit.There is also a bathroom with a bathtub!
Partly underground, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and anA/C unit in each and one more bathroom with a bathtub is found here!

Useful Information
Please note the villa is further from the beach and the village so we recommend all our guests to use the car.
The pets are welcome but there is no fence around the house.
The BBQ is electric.
Our Olea pool villa is equipped with nearly everything a guest could ask for. The pool area, private garden and patio will be the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach soaking up some sun.
This villa is ideal for families with young children who will definitely enjoy the pool throughout the day!

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Elani is ideally located at the middle of Kassandra peninsula, with easy access to many other villages, locations and a plethora of beaches around.
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
