This apartment is located on the 8th floor(with a lift) and features a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a stovetop, a Nespresso machine,plates,glasses,fridge and a kettle. An A/C system is also available for the guests.
The small living room which is surrounded by windows is undoubtedly the best spot of the apartment with a side sea view adds an extra touch of tranquillity, allowing you to enjoy the sunset from the comfort of your own space.

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat’s amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.
We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel.
If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere… a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

About the Neighborhood
We’re always available to meet our guests in person and welcome them to the apartment. Transfers from/to the airport can be arranged in advance as well.
Parking in the city center is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend closest parking spaces.

15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3). -
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
