This beachfront house, offering a warm living ambiance right next to the sea, is an ideal summer retreat for families who want to relax and enjoy the water all day long, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the village of Pefkochori and its bustling beach bars and shops.
This is a three-level semi-detached house in a beautiful complex of just a few villas where you can also book Villa Athena(next door house),Villa Apollo and Villa Daphne.
The best aspect of this beach holiday rental is definitely the fact that it is so close to the water! Just 50 meters away, following a small path, you reach the beach of Glarokavos.
On the ground floor guests can take advantage of the cozy living room with A/C unit and direct access to the patio and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an espresso machine, as well!
On the upper level (attic), the master bedroom, with king size bed, A/C unit and a suite bathroom with shower are found.
Lower level has one more bedroom, elegantly decorated, and a full bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a king size bed,an A/C unit and a folding out couch where one more adult and one child can sleep here .This floor is partly underground and there are windows offering natural sunlight as well.
Please note that internet and phone reception in the area are rather slow, making this the ideal accommodation option for those who want to get away from it all.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Pefkochori is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Our beach holiday rental, Athena, is located 2klm from the village of Pefkochori. The beach is 50m away, very easily reached on foot through the path of the complex.
In close proximity, easily reached on foot, guests can find an organized beach for coffee and snacks (beach bar Glarokavos).
We kindly ask you to:
- respect the non-smoking policy. There is plenty of space outdoor, balconies, patio, garden that smokers may enjoy their smoke. Following guests will appreciate this as well.
- take your rubbish out regularly. Recyclables are thrown into the large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15.00-17.30) and after 23:00
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless.
