Pineapple Pool Maisonette in Kriopigi, a lovely home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, right above our Coconut and Vanilla Pool Apartments that you know and love. Pineapple Pool Maisonette has a beautiful balcony with pool view, and easy access to the beach through the external elevator, a great addition to an already lovely setting immersed in green.
This house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed each, and the third has two single beds. Βoth bathrooms feature a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, like cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher, and is right by the living room, which has direct access to the balcony and its beautiful pool view.
At the edge of the hill there is an external elevator which operates from the beginning of June to end of September, taking guests to the bottom, where a great sandy beach is located. Within walking distance guests can find organized parts, from beach bars and hotels.

Useful Information
Within the boundaries of the complex children are more than welcome to run around and play on their own. We only recommend parents to keep an eye on younger ones next to the pool.
Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is most probably out of order in the early spring or late autumn season. Please get in touch before booking for e4xact dates, as these depend on general occupancy of the complex, the weather and other reasons.
The front and back garden are full of grass and trees, especially lemon trees, giving off a perfect smell. There is also a shared built-in BBQ for our guests to use!
The maisonette has shared use of a swimming pool, placed just 5 m. from its doorstep. There is a large garden with lawn, as well as shaded private parking space inside the complex.
In the garden, you can swim in the beautiful pool under the palm trees or take a walk around.
Please note the maisonette is located on the upper floors of the building, so you need to climb the external stairs to get in. Once inside, you also have to climb the stairs, as all bedrooms are located on the top floor of the maisonette.

With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.
Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Kriopigi is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Pineapple Pool Maisonette is more remotely located, 800m from the village of Kriopigi, but because of the elevated position of the village over the hill, a car would be needed during your stay.
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
