This pool villa in Halkidiki is separated in two houses and can easily accommodate two or three families.

This is a hidden spot literally just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Polychrono and Pefkochori, with their restaurants and shops, but it feels lost like a total retreat. "Olive" is a unique pool villa in Halkidiki where you can relax. Get up, have breakfast, enjoy the pool, chill out, go to the beach, eat fish, enjoy the pool, chill out, have dinner, sleep. Honestly, this pool villa in Halkidiki will steal your heart!

The ground floor is the first house, with a bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room and kitchen. You may also use the sofa bed here.

Going up, the first and second floors are the main villa. On the first floor there is a patio with sea, pool and garden view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. You can relax in the living room, with A/C, or prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. You can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony of the second floor and take in the sea view.

In the garden, you can swim in the beautiful pool under the palm trees or take a walk around the olive trees.

We kindly ask you to:

– respect the non-smoking policy.
– take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered altogether in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
– keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
– save resources, both water and electricity. In Greece 70% of our energy is produced from coal burning. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
